About Me

I’ve always had a strong desire to learn about and discover new things, and food was no exception. I’d always find myself excited to try a new restaurant found. Some weeks I’d find myself completely consumed by a recipe idea I thought of and would not find peace until I tested it out. On other days I’d find myself in a rabbit hole online reading about the origins of an African stew or the history of Taiyaki. I found a lot of joy in exploring food and wanted to share that joy and build a community of other curious food lovers. With that in mind and a video later, ta-da E.W Nick was born!

Outside of food, you can catch me running around like a chicken, engaging in new and old passions and crafts. I enjoy songwriting, designing clothes, pottery, and playing with my nephew (my brother’s adorable black pug) when he comes to visit.
